​BOOKING POLICIES  

​

• ⚠️ WAIT TIME CHARGES: After your international flight lands, we provide a complimentary 90-minute period to allow ample time for you to collect your luggage and complete customs and immigration procedures. Beyond that duration, there is a charge of (USD): $25 for each additional 30 minutes.

​

• ⚠️ DELAYED ARRIVALS: If your flight is delayed beyond 3 hours, we will do our best to accommodate your new arrival time based on our availability and a re-booking fee of (USD): $75 will apply.

​

• ⚠️ EARLY ARRIVALS: If your flight lands earlier, we kindly request that you wait for your driver outside the airport terminal at the only Restaurant/ Coffee Shop. Please note that our drivers will arrive 30 minutes after the original flight landing time you booked with us.

​

• ⚠️ OVERNIGHT DRIVING: In the event that the pickup or drop-off falls between 23:00 PM and 05:00 AM, an additional charge of $50 for overnight driving will apply.

​

• ⚠️ RESERVATION ABANDONMENT:  If the driver has to wait for more than 30 minutes, or if they are unable to find the customer at the designated pick-up time and location, or if they cannot reach the customer at the contact number provided, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

• ⚠️ PUNCTUALITY: In the event of a late pickup, we reserve the right to shorten or not offer our courtesy stops, as we may have another client scheduled and we want to ensure that we can provide them with a timely service. 

​

• ⚠️ MODIFY AN EXISTING RESERVATION: We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please be mindful that such modifications are subject to availability. If the changes result in a reduction of the original scheduled (including pickup and drop-off, we regret to inform you that refunds for the affected amount will not be issued. Conversely, if the modification extends the drive beyond the initial schedule, our standard hourly rate of $75 per additional hour will be applied.

• ⚠️ PRIVATE CHAUFFEUR & GUIDE: In the rare event of national park or activity closures due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll collaborate to address disruptions to your itinerary for a seamless experience. While we strive to offer alternative options, any reduction in the original schedule, including pickup and drop-off, unfortunately precludes us from issuing refunds.

• ⚠️ TRAVELING WITH PETS : To ensure a clean and comfortable environment on our vehicles, a $25 charge per pet transportation will be applied covering post-travel cleaning processes. Pets must travel on the van floor not on the seats. 

​

• ⚠️ BAGGAGE: For your convenience, passengers are allowed two bags without charge. A fee of $10 per additional bag will be applied to cover handling cost. 

​

• ⚠️ SPECIAL BAGGAGE: Free transport for one small surfboard (below 6ft) - A $10 fee applies to surfboards larger than 6ft to cover handling cost.
